Well, I would like to say that even though I know the holidays are over, and the candy and cookies are gone(at my place anyway), I usually don't get around to taking my tree down for a few months, like mainly when i can go out on my balcony again. Ok its not that bad, but my mom always gives me crap about that. She puts hers up about the week before and it comes down asap after the new year, say the 3rd of january, or that weekend. Of course if it were up to me, I have gotten to the point of, if your going to just take down the stuff, why put it up in the first place? I know im different, but Christmas doesnt even excite me anymore. Is it just when you grow up its not excitging anymore, or is it maybe because of bad experiences from holidays past?
on another note, I usually love putting up my lights and all that stuff, but i hate getting halfway through the string of lights, and either the bulbs are broken from being in a tangled mess in a box of decorations, or the outlet and the plug dont m eet(about halfway down the wall). yes another string plugged into the end would work, however...well I think we all know how that goe3s.
