when loves been taken from your heart
you now have no clue where to start
its like your world has came crashing down
spinning and spinning all around
you loose touch with your family and all your friends
thinking now in your life you have to pretend
that you are so happy and no longer sad
but inside youre hurting and have so much pain
your afraid that your family may think your insain
so you keep it all bottled up not knowing
what to say and what to do but down deep inside
you know youre frends and family are there for you
so as time goes on and your tired of being alone
you start to share with all those who really do care
and now that im moving on and being strong
i now realize pushing my friends and family away was so wrong

Wonderful blog. Besides, learning how to speak and communicate our sorrows and sadness allows us to better accept ourselves and share our vulnerability with others and thus fosters another way of connection with those present. Thus aiding the cyclical nature of the yin and yang of relationships. Hugs Michael.

My heart was recently broken when a special friend passed away. However when I'm in pain, I gravitate to family and friends for support. My MD family has been wonderful these past few days.

sometimes a heartbreak is just so devastating that it feels like you are dying and we all deal that in different ways....true friends will understand that and always be there for you...hope things get better for you very soon
