Do you hear it..?.off in the distance.,a faint sound of a church bell.,then.,.,the sound of a train whistle waning into the night.,then.,nothingness..............
......................then the dawn ..it must be here now....,i see a ray of sunshine in the morning light.,with a smile that lights up the sky....the birds starting to sing.,the bees buzzing the dandelions., it begins a new day of lifes hopes and the joys that could be once again ours to live....if it were not for the sounds .......of... silence........

I like to waken to a new day, to the sound of the world starting to move around me. One of my favorite sounds it the woman across the way singing in the morning, usually old Irish folk songs.
But if the songs are absent, even the screaming of eagles is preferable to the braying of jackasses,
