These flowers are named for their ability to turn and keep faceing the sun as it moves in its daily trip across the sky. They set us a good example.

If we all move, and speak, write, and blog toward the light, our MD, and our lives will be a more pleasant experience. If we turn toward kindness, generosity, love, and life affirming actions, we, and those around us will be living in a sunnier, warmer place.

We all are drawn to these bright emotions, and draw our life and strength from them, just as the flowers draw their growth and energy from the sun.

We have a choice, let's take it. let's turn toward the light.
