For the first time of my life..I've had to on a DIET
I'm not experienced with this at all!! ........... I don't know how, folks do it ; make "IT" DIE ...and what is "IT"????........In my case, I think "IT"; is my belly......."IT" used to be the size of a volleyball. Now "IT" has grown to the size of a basketball, and wants to be a big boy!, A beachball Not gona happen, if I have a say....I sure hope it's not a genetic, middle age thingy ...... I've gained 21 pounds in 2 months and 18 of the 21 is "IT"
I've been on the Weight Watchers veggy soup for a week now, and going to the gym three times a week, for the past month....I've lost 4 pounds...So, thats good ...
...I'm kinda starving "IT" to death....I hope !! ...... Although I feel like somethings missing......... ...A nice juicy steak, thats it!!! Geeze this diet stuff, is a challenge
So anyways.... my new Mantra for awhile is : DIE IT ..DIE IT....DIE IT!..DIE IT!!!

die it is really hard i personaly think its ok to cheat but just get back to your regular routine asap stay on track

As of this week ; I have shed 17 of the 21 pounds.....
