I am so HAPPY to hear that you are at peace with yourself about going in and taking the test...moving in the direction you know you must go
Here I go again, I won't shut up ..... 
But you mentioned something about "my children, grandchildren, great grandchild..my Mom and to each of you" and the love you feel.
I know you have heard it a million times, but you have to take the time to love yourself. Right NOW is a really, really good time to do that! All these people do love you for all the different reasons they do. Can you do me a favor? Find a place where you can be with yourself.....take one of those walks or do whatever it takes to just be with you. Think about ALL the people that love you, family, friends near and far, those in cyber space, all of them. And think about why they love you or told you they do.
Are those valid reasons? Are you really all they say you are?
You are humble I am sure, but I am sure you will see a common thread in all they have said to you......IT IS TRUE! YOU ARE SPECIAL! You need to wrap your arms around yourself each and everyday and give yourself a BIG HUG!
What we all want most of all is for you to love yourself! No matter how much love we give it won't run out and there is ALWAYS enough inside you for you too! Don't worry about being greedy!! You can take all you want, all you need!

I hope you got the tests you needed. You have to be brave even 'though I realize it is difficult to do. I had to have major surgery 4 years ago and believe me, I was scared right up 'til the time I entered the hospital, but...it was necessary, I was pre cancerous, I really didn't have a choice. It's scary thinking anything is wrong with you, that's how I felt. But...I got through it, you can get through it too, I know you have the strength within you to do this. It's normal to be frightened, but you have to do what is right for your body. Just think of how good you will feel after your problems are all gone.
I'm sending along some courage for you.
We all love you and want you to feel better.
