Yes, we've had several beautiful days of late.

A fellow blogger here emailed me tonight & inquired had I noticed the quantity of good blogs increasing recently. While I hadn't really stopped to think about, yes, it is true. I might add "good blogs" is of course subjective. As I stated to another blogger....I have a tendency to get attached to certain bloggers & I read most of the stuff those bloggers post.

What I have really taken notice of here lately, is the number of new bloggers on the boards. Some have already been around a while, some have been on the site, but rarely blog and then some come in the door & hit the ground running.

Pinkypaula always adds a ray of sunshine. BTW, I think her new pics are great! I've noticed Mission_Impossible has recently returned & posted some here & there. I have to admit I don't always "get" what he's writing about, but I do enjoy seeing him around. Bionic_Angel has been busy tapping away at her keys lately, too. I've been reading her more & more recently & have found she has one great sense of humor!

I see other newer names. I won't name any of them because I am sorry to say I've not read them. Like I said, I have a tendency to read certain bloggers all the time. Usually, it takes someone recommending a new person to me or my getting bored enough to click on them & see what they have to say. That sounds terrible, I'm sorry.

There are lots of bloggers that have been on the site for a while that I'd love to see come back to blogging. I'm sure they've simply gotten busy with other aspects of their lives.

I see Emme stick her head in the door now & then. She was always a great read. I'd love to see her back. I miss seeing EternalFlame in the blogs as much as I used to. I always look forward to seeing keeno blog...rare though it is. redtigr is an awesome story teller, too...and I miss her being around, as well. There are others I miss seeing as well, but these are just a few.

I so wish I was more confident in my abilities to write a blog. I feel like I have this awful tendency to ramble. No one likes to read anything that rambles. I've been told many, many times that in order to become a good writer, one needs practice....practice, practice, practice. I need to learn to put practice to work. I'm going to start looking at things in life from a different perspective & see what I can come up with. It may be a rocky road, but I'll try.

In the mean time, I'm glad to see new people here blogging & I'm glad to see some on the pages that haven't been around a while. I'm gonna keep checking in on a daily basis, hoping some of my old favorites will put in an appearance as well.

In closing, I'd like to say, it really has been nice around here lately & I've enjoyed it. I look forward to seeing the rest of you blog on....and I promise, I will try, too!
