Yes, its the Sybnann that tries to get past the confusion, the sadness, and the anguish. Its the Sybnann that tries to be there for my friends and to write about inspiring things to help us all.
If I may though, I would like to borrow your shoulder and this may indeed turn in to a poem later too, LOL.
I have noticed that NOW, the times that I am the most down, are the mornings when I am the first one up. It is quiet, TOO quiet, and when my husband was with me, the mornings were the only time for the last 5 or so years of his life, that we had any time at all to just talk... over a cup of coffee that he had made.
IT was before the phones started ringing, and before either of us had to leave, and it was good even if it was for fifteen minutes.
Ok well what I am really getting to is this...... after he was gone and I started to make friends, there were a couple in particular that were up when I would get online and would chat with me, and I had my coffee with THEM. It helped a LOT. One person is even a minister, and that helped TOO!!
Now, those two people are rarely ever on as their situations have become to where they don't have the internet access as they once did.
The few people that ARE on that I know well enough to chat with, don't talk,.. at least not in the mornings, so I am once again met with silence and its hard.
What is the answer? I don't know.... YES, I could put the TV on, I could READ, or use that time to write and pray, BUT none of those seem to fill that void to which I am referring. Maybe I just need to make some new friends that are up at 7:30 AM PST!! LOL
Its true its only a few minutes out of my day, but I miss being able to tell someone to "have a nice day" or visa versa.
I guess this is the SYBNANN that just feels the need to use your shoulder now and then to rest my head, and to share my time, and yours! Thanks...

You're always welcomed to mine. 
But why not go a step farther. There are rooms in chat that are always empty. I am sure there are others who would like to say hi in the morning.
Say when and where. I prefer to rise no earlier than the sun, but occasionally do. I suggest a span of about 30 minutes.
And if the MD crowd don't do it, nearly every small town cafe has a morning coffee bunch, and good company is always welcome.
And now if you can figure out how to fax me a nice hot cup of espresso.....

aww syb....I would have coffee with ya..but I don't roll outta bed till 10 am...cause I am usually up and down every 2 hrs...maybe one morning I will come online just for you!
