US Navy rescued Capt Phillips and killed 3 Somali's and have 1 pirate in custody. Phillips escaped again and this time the Navy was waiting.

This is Obama's first military victory.

	It is great that he was rescused and the pirates got a good taste of ""don't mess with American ships" The accounts as I saw on TV today was the 1 prisoner was a 16 year old who was aaboaed the destroyer for talks and wished not to go back to the life boat. The Navy convinced the pirates to let them tow it to smoother waters and was under tow with a 25 meter tow cable. Capitan Philips was bound and being watched by one guard and apparently they exposed themself too many times and sharp shootes on the stern(rear) of the destroyer took them out.. These guys can light a match at 1000 yards. Now drop some gel gas on their town and head quartes and boats. Put them on the run.
