Thats what I have right now and it sure feels good This is a little update to let everyone know I had my surgery on the 13th was home the same night and right away I noticed a big difference.

My youngest daughter Jennifer and her boyfriend Jason made it here from Kentucky the day before my surgery I didn't really know just how much I had missed her until she was here My nephew Lee and of course EmaLee came from Michigan My oldest daughter Stephanie wasn't able to be here but I know she was with me in thought.

I have been so worried and scared about this surgery but now that this part of it is over I can breathe a little easier. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

I spent the night with Jennifer and Jason at a motel just to relax and visit with her the day before going to the hospital. I had to be at the hospital at 8am then my surgery was around 10:30 I was under general anesthesia because my doctor thought he would have to do a by-pass on the subclavian artery because it was 99%blocked but when he went in with angioplasty he was able to insert a stint and open it fully the other one was the one in the back of my head, he found it but instead of being blocked it was twisted causing a backflow of blood that explained why I was hearing my heartbeat very loud in my left ear. It had been going on for awhile so I became pretty use to it

It is now untwisted and my left arm and hand feels so warm, its great but as weird as it sounds I kinda miss hearing my heartbeat in my ear I think I can get use to not hearing it though, and I sure do feel so much better While I was in recovery I held up my arm and if I looked hard enough I could see my pulse, also something I haven't seen in a very long time.

My doctor was great he took time to see me before surgery and after in recovery,although he said he would talk to my family because I might not remember what he was saying I can remember his kindness in making me feel everything would be fine. Thanks Dr. Baab I will see him next week and find out about my legs, but this time I wont be scared. It will be nice to be able to walk and really enjoy it again

Thank you everyone for all of your prayers, good thoughts, emails, kind words and allot of encouragement thats what has kept me going throughout all of this scary stuff
