Ok, I was just watching this show on water parks. It's summer so It got me thinking. I think they said the tallest water slide was like 10 stories high I think? Anyways, how awesome would it be to have a water slide as tall as the twin towers were? That's 1368 ft. high (110 stories high). Obviously, they would need to have walls about 3 ft. on each side of you and it would be to dangerous to make it a complete free fall, so maybe at a 15/20% slant. you'd be going 178mph (terminal velocity) and once you hit the bottom you'd probably need the slide extended about a mile or more to slow you down before you plunge into a pool you get dropped into about 100 feet lower than the slide. And once you hit the mile long stretch at the bottom to slow you down, it would be enclosed pitch black with ton's of lights until you plunge into the pool. Any takers?
