. For some time I have wanted to tell you guys of a discovery I made, but have been somewhat embarrassed . So when a blog called Brewing the Coffee a little lighter was posted i was reminded again to put my foolish pride aside and write the blog. Then on its heels another blog came called Mr. Holier-than-thou Your Enemas are Ready popped up. Strange this, right while I was wrestling with should I….? shouldn’t I....? And since I believe nothing is a coincidence here goes, get ready for a giggle:
Some time back I saw a program called Spa of Embarrassing Illnesses. I wasn’t really into the show but I did notice something that piqued my interest. For 2 weeks these patients gave themselves coffee enemas once a day. I had never heard of such a practice so I went online to learn more and discovered that the ancient Egyptians used to have regular coffee enemas. Wow,
On further investigation I was horrified to find out what could be stuck in our colon. With anticipation I read more and found out that its not so much the intestines that benefit from a coffee enema, but by cleaning the bowel… it improves the function of your kidneys, liver, gallbladder along with other organs. So being the explorer i am i tried it and found my facial skin improved immediately. I followed the instructions provided on some websites, purchased an enema bag online and bought ground coffee (not instant) as they recommend and took a chance by having my own coffee enema.
I also have it on good authority that it helps with depression. Some of my clients have even lost weight from coffee enemas. As i said before, I noticed the texture of my skin improved immediately. I felt 100% better, not that I felt bad before, but afterwards I just felt more alive. I noticed on Spa of Embarrassing Illnesses, those patients had a coffee enema every day for 2 weeks so I did the same and don’t regret it, and now do it occasionally. I have been doing this for some time now with no side effects.
In conclusion, the enema bag has been the best purchase I have made in a long time and its highly recommended. Its simple to follow the instructions provided on the net. If you need any further information, just ask.
This is where I bought the enema bag via PayPal. http://www.healthandyoga.com/html/product/enema_supplies.html
However there are other sites that also sell them.
Fortunately I wasn’t constipated beforehand but some people are really clogged up. So do not look at this link if you are squeamish, its really gross but if this is what’s in you…. you must get it out:

Its doubtful that you could get better advice, mainly because people are too embarrassed to discuss this topic. Try it, you wont regret it.

The coffee enema is to cleanse the liver. Use 2 pints warm water with 3 tablespoons lemon juice to clean the colon. If it hurts stop where you are. Dring 16 ounces room temp water the first 30 minutes after waking. Guess I really am a metro sexual.

I wonder what a Coke would do??
On serious note.. I know others here that have told me the benefits.
Coffee has been used as remedies for many things .. and it has to be better than anything chemical or produced and blended with who knows what..
Gotta give you kudos for having the guts to write a post like this. I believe trying anything homeopathic and natural before you go pharmaceutical is a much better joice with our health..
Bravo!

I'm not really an enima fan and preferr to get my caffein in a more traditional rout. However, I have heard that a lot of people have received a lot of benefits from this treatment.
