JMO, but I think a lot of people are getting tired of these sites.
The "real" fact is that people are tired of THIS site.
Personal sites are as popular as ever as the numbers below show from ALEXA.com which ranks traffic on ALL internet sites.
I have looked at the traffic ratings of 3 other personal sites compared to this one and the numbers bear the real facts out.
Match.com ranks 338
Plenyoffish.com ranks 363
EHarmony.com ranks 1114
Matchdoctor.com ranks 46,809
So what do the above numbers tell ?
The only real conclusion is that THIS site is sadly fading into oblivion.
IMHO, it is these very blogs that have brought this site down to its lowest point ever.
These Blogs IMO are the "front page" of this site so to speak and probably the first look many visiting here see. And what they see IMO is NOT good.
All one has to do IMO is to quickly read some of the inane and stupid blogs here that are posted by both single and married people alike that are people IMO who are NOT really looking for anyone for the new visitor to quickly decide to move on to another site where they feel that the quality of SINGLES that are REALLY available are.
Again,the numbers above prove my theory out.
In closing, While I feel this site still has some potential I strongly feel that to turn this site around the "owners" have to send this BLOG section to delete heaven and then concentrate on this sites "REAL" purpose and that is ( hopefully) bringing people together ! If not the future here @ MD is not postive as I see it but then again maybe the owners are happy with this site as is . Who knows ?

A disclaimer....I have met at this site two fantastic ladies through the years and one of which I am still very happy to be with today after 3 years together.
