My heart gets me in trouble ALL the time. I know when I'm in love, and this maybe the craziest thing you ever heard, but I don't eat much and when I do, it doesn't sit well. Know what I mean? Then I know I'm REALLY in love.  But I do agree on the last part too. You don't want to lose a good friend. Thanks for the blog hun. Hope this helps. Sorta.

JMHO but I think (notice I didn't say I KNOW) that many people my age have unrealistic expectations. Spending so much time looking for Ms. or Mr. Perfect is an absolute waste of precious time. Frankly, there isn't that much time left.
Pick a friend, a partner, someone you think you can grow with. Make allowances for faults and differences. Like the line from "The Shawshank Redemption"....
"get busy livin' or get busy dyin'".

I don't know about those unrealistic expectations, I have expectations and they are real. Just so happens I found a guy who has met them all so far, so lets see where they may lead. Could be to a dead end road, maybe not, but just the same, we will never know unless you try. I still believe in passion and happy ever after, and so far so does he. I guess it all depends on finding the one who you are compatible with. I've seen dreams come true on this site and in real life, and seen dreams end. It's called life. I just wish luck to anyone who keeps searching and finds those dreams. Take care Lost
