This is an off shoot of a blog by Zanie an MD member. As most are aware there is some considerable debate over whether President Obama meets the burden of “ natural born” under Section I, Article II of the United States Constitution. To clear up some common misconceptions I will first say that because you are born on American soil or under the jurisdiction of “does not “ qualify you as “ natural born “.
The Constitution doesn’t spell out what “ natural born “ means because the Framers along with people of that time were familiar with what it meant. “ No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”. To create the frame work for “ natural born “ you have to at first create legal citizen’s. You will see by this wording here “ or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution “ this creates the legal citizens by which “ natural born “ citizens can be created. If left out nobody could qualify for the Presidency , certainly none of our Forefathers.
The Framers of the United States Constitution were knowledgeable obviously in English Common Law where “ natural born “ is derived from. Instead of “ subjects” as in English law we have “ citizens “ being among some minor differences. In reference to our Constitution “ natural born “ means you are the offspring of “parents” that are American citizens. The Father of President Obama was not an American citizen hence, Constitutionally disqualifies President Obama.
So why didn’t anyone stop this election. Some tried but wouldn’t be heard. Why?, for a variety of reasons. The racial impact would be political and social suicide. Riots would ensue and most likely many people would die. Social chaos and disorder in short. Liberals would most likely argue that in today’s society of the“ single “ parent that (1) parent being an American citizen would meet the “ natural born “ qualification. That’s how ignorant these people are because why the clause appears is for precautionary purposes. It’s purpose to guard the Constitution of the United States and Presidency from foreign influence.
In closing,
The people of the United States elected an illegal President. Not that they care much but it is what it is. As it stands now Joe Blow from North Korea or Iran could Father a child with an American citizen and that child could one day be your next President. Sound safe and secure to you?. Democrat’s for decades have been trying to do away with the “ natural born “ clause . On November 4th, 2008 the voters of the United States did exactly that.

Over 3 court cases have been taken to the Supreme court and all 3 were told they had 'No standing'.. this doesnt mean they had no proof, it means (if anyone doesnt know what no standing means).. that they dont have the right.. the 'standing' to file suit.

The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. So, im not exactly sure why your bringing it up because for the answer is in English common law, which you briefly mentioned but were incorrect about....
According to the supreme court in 1898:

Incorrect. He was in Indonesia only until around age 10. No-one can renounce someone else's citizenship. And an individual can't renounce their own citizenship until they reach age 18. At which point, he'd been back in Hawaii for 8 years.

BUT there is a shadow over how he got in to Pakistan when he did. At that time Pakistan were not allowing people with US passports in to the country, so which passport did he use?
If he used an Indonesian one, that means his father adopted him, which is most likely to be able to go to school in Indonesia. You also have to be a registered citezen of Indonesia to be educated there.
If then, he had a citenship of Indonesia, that means he cannot run for Presidency of the United States.
You see, its just not that simple. theres a lot of confusion with what where who and when.

Just the same, people getting educated in foreign countries of Muslim ancestors, sealing their records, trying to keep the public uniformed of who they truly are, to me, are so very UnAmerican and don't deserve to be President in my eyes. Most of Americans never even heard of the guy until he ran for President, have no clue as to how he obtained his money to even get to Harvard with a single mother, have no clue who his father is. His family is basically a secret, I mean he knew his father a whole of ten minutes. The guy didn't even take care of his own Aunt who lived in public housing for gawd's sake, how loving is that for a man to be? How can you expect him to take care of the rest of us? He doesn't even live by example. A millionaire and an Aunt on public assistance? Give me a break. There's more to him than meets this story and he's sealed it in records in a court house, open your eyes. There is something shady but ppl want change so much they refuse to see it. Just stick your head in the sand, it will come out someday and people will say: I told ya so, but not until that day will anyone learn. Wong Kim Ark and is absolutely relevant because it was addressing the issue of subjects of the Emperor of China and whether their child born in US territories were Natural born citizens... the court ruled they were... are you still with me?
