Today was a bit of a tough day I went to the doctor today when i got there they asked about my insurance i told them that i no longer had the insurance and that my new insurance company would not pick up until the first of the month so they gave me forms to fill out until my insurance picks up.
They call me back put me on the scale and tell me i gained 11 pounds since i last saw them  and my bp was sky high 152/98
so they take me back to the exam room ask me if i need a refuill on my meds i say no im good as im waiting the office lady walks in and tells me that it would be a good idea if i can come back when my insurance picks up this would save me $300
So i say ok and resechedule for next month. Get that done grab lunch at the local arbys and go to town and eat lunch with mom and go home
My brother comes up and says i need to go to grannys so i take him there spend some time with granny
I come home to find my best friend in the world the one in my profile picture passed away 
So i had to bury her I swear its always something with me in my life I wish something would go right for once!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

OMG, Jason! I am soooo sorry about your beautiful dog/friend!
She has gone on over the Rainbow Bridge...and is happy and healthy....
She will never be replaced, but dont wait TOO long to get another companion. When the time is right, you will find that one out there that is needing a buddy like you.
Again...soo sorry about your loss...

I am so sorry about your best friend.
I know how bad it hurts, I lost two of my best friends a few months ago within several weeks of one another.
I cannot believe that the doctor's office asked you to come back at a time that it would be cheaper for you. I can understand the money rationale piece, but your blood pressure is dangerously high.
I have worked in many health care settings and I have seen the nurses send persons to the emergency room with blood pressures with these numbers.

Awww Jason.. .My dear friend... I feel so bad for you and I am SO concerned about you!! Please call them back and tell them you DO need bp medication! They can prescribe just a few tablets to get you through to next month!! Please... I don't want anything to happen to you!!! Please keep me and us updated too!!
I am so sorry for you going through the loss of your baby... I also know how hard that is...

life sux sometimes . . . . .
But . . . you woke up, you were able to walk, talk, drive, eat, and visit your granny.
You were able to use tools, type on your computer, and think about things.
Despite life's little trials, I'd say you had an awful lot that went right; it's a matter of looking at things from a different perspective.

I too am very sorry for your loss. It takes a long time to heal but heal we do.
I wish the life span of our pets was much longer but oh what sweet memories they make for us in their time.
