I just wanted to share that I just wrote to my Senator about this act, requesting that he push it to get approved and why. With SO many servicemen deserving compensation and in pain because of Agent Orange and other chemicals, even though they were aboard a ship, it is crucial that this gets approved.

I have learned that the helicopters that sprayed the agent would return to the ship all dirty from it and it would get in the decks and the men had to clean it, all with no protective gear for those men... not even gloves.

The water around the ships were also dirty from it and it would get splashed up on the ship often and again... on the men.

Many are suffering due to primary and secondary diseases caused by this stuff and they are conveniently forgotten and hopefully silenced by our government to save a buck.

So, to make a huge impact and difference in the lives of many, I have decided to keep trying and I hope that others do too!!
