Congress has been ruled for 2 1/2 years now by the left, and pass Bills in the middle of the night all the time, If they truly favored Gay marriage, they could have passed a Bill long ago. It's not like they read them any way...
But there really is no division between straights and Gays other then the Marriage Issue..Conservatives have said be as gay as you want too..  Just don't think marriage applies to a Man and Man or Woman and Woman when it is clearly defined as Between a Man and a Woman. Straights in case your not just want the distinction made. So kids don't grow up thinking it's normal to marry anything on two or four legs...

I have studied her bio and life as a Mayor Governor and as a woman, I do that prior to voting, She was by far the most intelligent and accomplished not by words, but by deeds then those she was running with and against, that's why she was is such a threat to the left. If she wasn't they wouldn't have cared enogh to send 100's of reporters to try and dig up dirt on her and trash hes, they didn't do it to Biden Obama or McCain.

Sarah Palin is not an idiot...but she plays one very well! She is inarticulate, ignorant of any facts relating to the real world, and is a legend in her own mind. MOST of the people that are putting out negative press on her are her OWN party. SpongBob Squarepants could beat her in any election... 
Perhaps she is just going to go find a job where she can afford to buy her own clothes 
Or maybe she is going to go to Cancun for a vacation so she can get some foreign policy experience...
She may have been able to fool Tommy Tundra up in the Yukon, but the rest of us see her for the circus huckster that she is......and always will be!
The last campaign should have been a good lesson on how to train a parrot!

Make any snide comment you want..She just killed her career. She proved to everyone that she is a quitter and that she can't be counted on. If she were to ever run for office again...her slogans will be...
When the going gets tough, I'll be the first to run and hide!
Take a job, then quit before it's done!

I just spent the day and some of the night with my family. My father, a lifelong and diehard republican, was disappointed to hear the news. He assumed she was the 2012 candidate for his people. Now he's convinced he'd rather have Mitt "no quit" Romney.
Mitt "no quit" Romney. It has a nice ring to it.

Great blog you have here Charli, I wanted to wait to comment to see how it turned out to see just how people would take it. Just as I thought, many have no clue what Sarah is thinking. She's a person the Dem's love to hate the and Reps will definately build up in plenty of time for the elections. What one doesn't realize is the more one tries to knock her down the stronger she becomes and it brings attention to her causes, women back her, and she gains respect for all the bashing she gets the more you try to knock her down. You watch how things will turn around, she's not stupid, she won't go through all this for nothing. She's not one of my favorites, but I'm smart enough to know, no one will try this without having something up their sleeve, and those of you here thinking she doesn't have something up her sleeve knowing more than we do, are just being ignorant. I bet she comes out more successful than we think. Lost

Even Republicans are now starting to speak out against this new kind of "quit while you're behind" strategy. It seems some of them actually do adhere to the policy of not quitting when things get tough.
