Sweat. It won't change your shape, but you'll weigh less.

If you drunk a variety of juices for a day, and nothing else, that will clean your system out. Alternate between a glass of water and a glass of juice every 2 hours. That should get the weight off. Good luck

I take anything white out of my house. That means all white bread, flour, sugar, pasta, etc. (except men lol). Drink lots of water. Eat lots of green veggies and chicken and fish. Do not fry anything ever. Stay away from all pork products. If you do this you will loose weight fast and maintain a good healthy diet without starving. It's easy to do, I don't have cookies, chips, or snacks in the house and really don't crave them after a while. No soda ever either, but I do have some wine or a beer once in a while and do drink coffee that one thing I do that isn't all that good for you. Lost
