Hope everyone had a good 4th of July weekend.Mine started off good.Then went bad.I was helping my parents with their yard work.Cutting the lawn,clearing limbs that fell and so forth.The next thing I remember was waking up in bed.I had passed out from heat exhaustion.Being out in the country.The nearest doctor was 20 miles away.So my parents could only cool me down and give plenty of fluids.After I was able to get about.I called my doctor and he met me in his office.He did a checkup on me.He said I was fine.But I was just dehydrated and my blood pressure was alittle high.It will go back to normal.
I am just glad my parents were there to help me.When I needed it.
