	Ah, but your dear Mr. Pickens, after making billions in oil and then trying to white wash his reputation as an environmentalist, has walked away from wind power. I guess he needs to update his website. Click for link. A more reliable link on alternative energy is the Alternative Energy Institute.

	Glad you have interest, thanks. He is all for wind and updating the power grid, however, this will not make us energy independent until when & if battery technology catches up. I know it is hard to believe a guy has his countries best interest at heart, but; he is 81, has billions, donated 700 million over his life time. Also, he will make money no matter what. In his words, natural gas is the bridge to when we have better ways.

	I think we are behind the wind turbines they build only catch the wind going one way.. I can go on. They are design cars that run on agile. Theres a car in France that runs on air.. so many alternative... And we in the us are pushing the oil run cars

Also there truly isn't any other energy source other then nuclear that is as efficient as fossil fuels. This entire global warming/climate change is a shame created to control energy. Were going to take it from one set of crooks and give to another set of crooks. Remember Enron and what happen in California?
