Keep walking no matter how far you need to walk. Keep climbing No matter how high the mountain, even if you need to take many breaks along the way. I am the only one that knows you Lynn...me and me alone...I know what it will take to put one foot in front of the other to keep going. I know how hard it can be at times when all you want to do is focus on the bad things and forget to look at the good. Lynn why are your hopes and dreams so weak...yet your pain and fear so strong..Keep going...keep moving.
Lynn don't look back on your battles of yesterday and make them your sadness of today...If you need to turn around and look at yesterday...make it a quick look and look until you have learned what you needed to get stronger to face another day.
Lynn I know your mountains have been high it seems like you will never get there but climb because I know whats up there you have already seen it.. its ok to to fall as long as you stick with the journey... its ok to take shortcuts...keep going..
Remember it is so very hard to see clearly in darkness...look for the light...it will bring everything back to its place...
