Dear Ms.V.Gina,
After reviewing your response letter, and considering your reasons for rejecting my raise, I would like to point out the following...
You do not work 8 hours straight.
This is true, but at least I don't just lay there, as if that's enough....and bark out instructions.
You fall asleep after brief work periods.
This is true.....but after all I do all the work! and after a brief nap I'm ready to work again.
You do not always follow the orders of the management team.
That's the problem... the Management team can't make up their mind? first they want this and then they want that? it's confusing.
You do not stay in your designated area and are often seen visiting
other locations.
I was trained to multi task and be a visionary..and help others in need.
and of course train in the newbies..
You do not take initiative - you need to be pressured and stimulated
in order to start working.
I'm not a mind reader, most of the time your not in the mood for working...
or you have a headache.
You leave the workplace rather messy at the end of your shift.
I'm usually to tired from doing all the work...and I didn't make the mess alone.
You don't always observe necessary safety regulations, such as wearing
the correct protective clothing.
A good Manager is suppose to think safety first, and provide safe protective clothing, for their employee's....I just do what I'm told
You will retire well before you are 65.
Not if you keep the work place exciting! your suppose to make me want to come to work, with incentives...
You are unable to work double shifts.
Working double shifts is not a problem, if I'm not doing all the work...as my employer, you should understand, showing up for work doesn't get the job done.
You sometimes leave your designated work area before you have
completed assigned task.
If the management team would make up their mind, it would be easy to complete the assignment.Management needs to quit faking, it gets confusing..
And if that were not all, you have been seen constantly entering and
exiting the workplace carrying two suspicious-looking bags.
Those two suspicious bags are filled with material necessary to complete assignments the management staff can't seem to decide from day to day what they want....
In conclusion, I thank you for your response, but I'm giving you my notice, I have been hired by a new management team, that wants me to start immediately....
