I just wanted to say That I miss you and I'm sorry i have not been around I have been working lots of hours and just tryin to survive None the less im still alive and kicking doing lots better with my meds and starting to eat right and properly

The weather has been rather sucky so the exercise is out until the weather improves

Just wanted to let you know im still around
