# Lt. Behenna, who lost two members of his platoon just weeks earlier, was ordered to transport Mansur back to his home # Lt. Behenna attempts a final interrogation of Mansur prior to his release # During the interrogation, Behenna is attacked by Mansur and is forced to defend himself. During the altercation, the terrorist is killed. # Lt. Behenna failed to properly report the incident I read these and I do wonder what the truth is.. was Mansur provoked? Why didn't the Lt properly report the incident?.. It also looked like Dr MacDonnell seemed to be the only one with the opinion he had.. I agree there are a lot of ugly things done in war.. but it also looks like the Lt may have not completely followed his orders as they were given to him.. Considering he was charged with murder, his 25 yr sentence is pretty light.. The thing that is horrible is I know and understand that you can be railroaded by the Military or Federal government in court.. I remember a lot of nasty stuff coming out in the days of the Vietnam war.. .. I hope the truth comes out.. either way...
