Its the second day of my vacation......and my mom got here yesterday from the south with my sister.....my sister dropped her off and headed up north for her class reuinion....my son and daughter and her boyfriend were here to meet and greet.....my son had his car in my garage working on it...and my daughters boyfriend was working on my daughters car.....and what was funny.....i went back and forth from both car repairs bailing them both out...but i didnt have to get my hands dirty...a first for me....normally...i have to take over at some point....and afterwards...we had a big cook out....i made up my meatloaf resipie and we pattied them up....brats......chicken.....and it turned out great...... my kids had a big bonfire in the back yard.....jake...my daughters boyfriend had a few of his friends over.....my mom went to bed....and i went out and sat beside the fire and watched kids be kids......reminded me of when i was younger.....they were all drinking.....but i stayed with my bottled water.....im nolonger a drinker.....they set up tents in my back yard so they didnt have to drive home last nite....guess i sat out there till well after midnite.....and then left them out there to have their fun....overall.....a great time for all.....cookie
