Survivor Manual
People sometimes come into your life for a fleeting moment
and decisions have to be made fairly quickly in certain situations
Sometimes selfishly but does that mean you should feel guilty for saving
yourself?
Read once in a book when I was about 12. I can't remember the title of the book.
However, the one line I do remember has stuck in my mind since then
thru all of my life's ridiculous twists and turns
"Never be ashamed of what you have to do to survive"

It actually gave me a cerain freedom to actually learn
what survival was all about
by having no restrictions or rules I was supposed to follow
Live and Learn had a whole new meaning

And I'm still surprised by what you can learn from books
And life
Still surprises me that both can survive very well
very well indeed
