Barack Obama's Very Own Domestic Spying Program

As Jeff noted yesterday, the White House is asking individuals to report misinformation to the White House on healthcare.
Specifically, the White House said
There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to {email address removed}.
Emphasis added. Given the near certainty that no one will be stripping from emails the names of the people forwarding on the information, the White House is most likely engaged in unlawful activity.
According to 5 U.S.C. § 552a, United States agencies, including the Executive Office of the President shall, “maintain no record describing how any individual exercises rights guaranteed by the First Amendment unless expressly authorized by statute or by the individual about whom the record is maintained or unless pertinent to and within the scope of an authorized law enforcement activity.”
The White House may take the position that certain of its offices aren’t subject to the Privacy Act (that is a longstanding Office of Legal Counsel position, see here), but most Presidents instruct their staffs to comply. This will be a the first significant time the White House has ignored the Privacy Act and may open President Obama up to litigation.
This is another example of the Obama administration ignoring long time precedent when it is no longer convenient for them. And ignoring this precedent lets them collect data on and potential harass individual American citizens.
The {email address removed} email address is not subject to Freedom of Information Act requests. Some enterprising legislator should introduce legislation to make it subject to the FOIA.
Folks this should scare everyone, regardless of party. When Obama was a Community Agitator, disrupting communties and spreading information truthful or not, he said it's every Americans right, he claims to be a Constitutional Lawyer, if anyone should know our rights he should. Yet he is continuing to turn Americans on Americans, this is no National Security situation  It's about Health care/Obama care.
Obama said himself during his campaign...Get in their face and debate what their saying or doing to this country and me, it's your constitutional right!
Hilary said during her run for office...I'm tired of people telling me it's un-patriotic to disagree with this administration or any other one, if you don't like what is happening to your country, you have every right to stand up and tell them you don't like it and you don't agree with it. That's being Patriotic!!
What happen? It was fine saying it to Bush, but there is a snitch web site now if it's done to Obama? 
It's no wonder America is up in arms and Obama's approval ratings are falling, people want a leader not a dictator! Ironically it's the Independents and Dems who are falling away from Obama, not Conservatives, his approval ratings were not based on Conservatives, it's his own party is looking at him and scratching their heads.  Many of these people at the Town Hall meetings are Dems who are protesting their Congressmen and Senators, Seems to me this party is imploding, and trying to blame Republicans for their own mistakes and down fall.
Health Care is not a one party issue... It's an American issue..

"we had a democratic congress the last 2 years of bush" Puuuuleeeessseee He vetoed every thing the the democrats tried to pass... Lets bring up that he"s not an american... its been a few days.

I for one would like to know what is the argument?
If the story is true, then it has a chilling effect on speech and even politicial debate.
If it is not true, then say so.
I would also like to know, why is it, there is always a 'Well..Bush did this and that."
We're not talking about Bush.
He is not the president.

Obama's whole health care plan comes down to these basic questions..
Who the hell is going to pay for the thing?
Where are they getting the money?
You can only tack the rich so much..Someone else is going to have to put in.. Who? 
Why would anybody with half a brain want the government to have a say in how you should be treated for a health program... 
What's in it for Obama seeing his wife was in control of a hospital and all she did was rip the government off?
Popo anything Obama does should be scarey.. He is out of control with power and one must wonder who is next to be forked and shoved on his plate..
Obamas teleprompter cord can only go so far..Somday he'll have to think for himself..And lord knows what he'll dish out ..

52% of the American people disapprove of how Obama is handleing the Helath care Bill, only 39 percent agree, and these numbers of his approval keep falling as more and more Americans are becoming aware of what this Bill actually says in it.
That's why there is so much panic by the white house and trying to come up with snitch sites to scare or intimedate people....

Popo, Obama has to rush this bill through because if not people will actually read the darn things....And when the do they will realize it's nothing but a con game to rob people blind...It's not going to cover the number of people they claim.. It's like standing in the middle off a burning forest where you can't see throw all the smoke around you... I can just see small businesses dropping like flies because they will have to provide health care for people flipping burgers..I can just see the cost of almost everything going up.. Why does the government think they are entitled to over tax the rich? If you add up all these Obama plans to tax they have the rich paying for everything..But Obama doesn't realize taxing the rich may just be costly in the end.. Especially in the job markets..
Alot of companies can get around Obamas health care plans by doing a number of things..He wants to force a company into provide health care..What if that small business say ok my government friends how about if we do this one instead.. You the employee are now and independent contractor.. So you are now working for yourself doing work for our company.. We will pay you this amount and no more..If you want this work fine.If not you will be replaced within hours.. Since now that you are an independent contractor you are now responsible to provide health care for yourself.. If not the government will fine you..
I just got around Obama's health care plan.. You became an independent contractor working for me doing the same job you were doing all along...With the same pay, but you must provide yourself with health care.. And I'm sure many company are going to try this one.. Make all or at least some of it's worker independent contractors..
I don't find anything Obama does for the benefit of America..All he worries about getting his picture taken and reading the teleprompter.. I think him and the democrat party should take that 1000 page bill...roll it up....and stick it where the sun don't shine.. 
Obamas numbers are lower then alot of former presidents..Even both Bush's at the 8 month mark of their terms in office..Hopefully they will drop even more. .People are beginning to realize the blunder they made putting this panies in office.. Obama is a know it all that actually doesn't know much of anything..

I have yet to see the tent provision one way or the the other?, however a bank account is required, so the government can extract the co-pay's electronically.That is in the Bill.

Many corporations are now installing independent contractors, to avoid the heavy taxing on business, theirs a fine line between Independent workers and employee's and many are now moving in that direction. Many companies are now having Independents set up their own bank account the customer pays the contractor through his propriortership, or small corp, and then send the corporation their cut, It's the new rage in home service companies.Corps don't show near the gross sales, as they once did. Captialist are clever and resourceful, that's why they have been around forever, Socialistic programs only survive from taking money, Government doesn't making money, well they now print it..  but they are only as strong as what they can take from hard workers.
Obamis cap on taxing only those above 250,000 thousand dollars a year is a joke and won't survive, that why their taxing and trying to take over everything. None of his programs thus far have worked, they have all failed, thus Rush's comments, he hopes Obama fails with his policies! Now many dems and people in congress are now saying the same thing.

Especially coming from a Community Organizer who spent several years of his life Agitating the Communities to speak out against the policies, Teaching them to protest their Governments, march against everything you disagree with.
The Audacity of Hope, that we the people should have a voice in what our Government is doing or that the president be held accountable for his actions.Ironically those who protested Republicans, Republicans conventions, as here in St.Paul, where the libs (Obama's loyal supporters) bused in protesters armed with maltoff cocktails, breaking windows and looting in the streets, protested in the streets, thousands were in the streets and many arrested for trashing the city.
Now the Libs and Dems are calling citizens who are aginst Obama Care, Nazi's Radicals, Mobs, Unruly Organized Extreemist, many of these people are Dems and Libs who just simply disagree with Obama care.Many are people who voted for these Congress people and Obama, and now are outragted that Obama and their Congress won't talk to them and are treating like their Republicans...

The government has been very reckless with their spending in prior years, But nothing like we've seen from Alibama, he is out of control and is attacking those who make the money they get the tax from, it's like what their doing to tobacco, they keep raising the taxs, yet have been very dependent on that tax money, more and more are quitting, which is good, but when that industry dries up their going to have to get tax money elswhere. Food gas or where ever.
Alibama has to to accomplish one task successfully, before starting another one, he reminds me of Bush senior, Read my lips no new taxs, and then raises taxs, only Alibama is going nuts he is drunkin with power, and now turning on Americans who don't agree with him. He has lost his Charm, and is showing his true colors and a Community Agitator. He's not a president. The democrat party has boasted of their community organizing efforts ACORN and so on, crashing meetings protesting and so on, yet when it's done to them, their on the attack using unions labor thugs to scare people going to town hall meeetings.
The Libs/dems are freaking out when organizing is used on them, suddenly the organizers are nazis unruly mobs and unpatriotic, what a double standard. Where's the ACLU when it come to people unhappy about Alibama and the dems?

This healthcare plan is more for illegals (of which Obama really is) and for foreign workers.
So this is it in a nutshell..The American Taxpayer is going to be required to support this socialized healthcare system so WE THE PEOPLE PROVIDE THE BENEFITS PACKAGES for corporations...therefore..the billionares can make a decent living ...cause we will be paying their way...
