Heard on the news tonight that a 3 month old baby's toes on one foot was chewed off by a pittbull. Seems the mother was dog sitting a pittbull and she laid down on a sofa in the living room and her baby was on anothe sofa in the same room. She went to sleep after taking something to make her sleep, her boyfried was sleeping in the bedroom. When she awoke the next morning she found her baby with it's toes chewed off. They are being charged and from last report the baby might lose it's foot. I can imagine the baby cried while this was going on, cannot understand why neither one of them head him. Shows some people do not need children/

this just in,,,,,,p.e.t.a has issued a statement defending the animal involved for what it calls "A terrible accident which could have been prevented had the baby not provoked the innocent animal by wiggling it's toes"
is this suppose to be funny? no not at all,,,i'm making a point,,,how many people run to the defense of there pet when said pet has attacked some innocent bystander? by accusing that innocent bystander of provoking there animal to attack? yes it has happened to me:)
this is one time maybe we can all agree,,,,that no matter how many animals we grab up and force to live with us,,,, (we do,,unless you can prove to me that an animal came to your house and asked for a place to stay for a couple days,,if not ,,then you made a decision for the animal and it was not of it's own choosing,,),,,,,, they remain animals,,,they cannot be reasoned with,,,communicated with using the language that we speak,,there thoughts are unknown to us,,,what they are capable of in a given situation is a mystery to us because we cannot ask them how they feel or what there motivation is... they are animals and if you die tomorrow in a house full of dogs and cats you have cared for an loved for all your life,,,,,,they will eat your remains and never look back nor feel guilt or remorse....
they are animals,,,they eat to survive,,,and if we continue to allow them to live with us,,then this is what is going to happen,,,has happened,,and will continue to happen,,,, now i doubt if you will post this,,,it's to honest and there is too much truth in it,,,,and this scares most people who prefer the comfort of there own little worlds where puppies and kitties are cutsy wootsy wittle cwetures that would never ever hurt little babies....
as always i could be wrong

There are not words to describe how angry i am at those parents. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. She took something to help her fall asleep while her baby laid on the couch with the dog loose in the house. Hope they loose that baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
