Now am I to stuck in my ways.To ask for a few friends my own age.I don't mind getting messages from people half my age.What do they and myself have in common?Not very much.It is just frustrating. Sometimes I wondering if they ever read the profiles. Probably not. The main reason I joined is to meet some new people and make a friend or two.I have said my piece and have good day all.

	Dude! According to your last blog, you just joined MD 3 days ago! Give it a chance. I would respectfully suggest that you fill out your profile a little more and add a pic. Post to the forums and write to other poster's regards their posts. Helps to make friends. Just ignore the Spammers. Welcome to MD!

	You state that you are here to make friends, What does it matter if a friend is a bit younger or older than you. A friend is a friend in my view..If you want friends close to your age then maybe put that in your profile.... for others to read.

	Hey, this is NOT instant coffee..... This is not a pick-up bar... IF you are truly looking for friends. Patience, patience, patience..... How could you hope on making friends in less than a week? Personally, I wouldn't want to call somebody a "friend" when I just met him/her... But maybe you function in the fast lane? In the fast lane only? Good luck!
