Don't know about you, but I always distrusted situations where sociological theories on group behavior were applied to government programs. Socoology's abstracted, statisticized perspective of the world unleashed a generation of government laws and programs that were quite varied in their effectiveness - mostly their impact was to provide more jobs for government employees. Well, that's better than no jobs for anybody, like the situation now!

The same goes when someone says that you can't trust government. Which government? If you are talking about the Federal government, that is certainly a mammoth institution that can never be generalized.

The Federal employees killed and wounded at the Oklahoma Federal Building terrorist attack were just like you and me . . . for the most part, decent, hard-working, Middle Class people who were just doing their job. Yet they were made the victims of insane men. What concerns me is that I am again hearing the rages about "government" from the extremists that occurred in the time prior to the Oklahoma City tragedy. Please idiots! Never again.

Even among the regular folks on the street, the "government" is somehow blamed for the corruption in our financial industry. So is it okay for these pigs to slop at America's troth, as long as they are not caught by Federal law enforcement?

There are many, many dedicated people working on behalf of the taxpayers. There are also federal employees who are moles for organized crime, the occult and the fascist agenda. There are men and women in the military that are cream of the crop - true role models for every child. There are also men in the military, who are traitors to our nation's democracy. Interestingly enough, the fascist traitors are always men, who do not have to serve in combat. They are armchair, wannabe warriors.

Some of my closest friends were/or/are employees of the National Park Service and State Department. Conversely, some people who have done me serious physical or financial harm were scumbags in the Army and Homeland Security. Yet, one of the men I have admired most in life was my instructor in Naval Officer Training, He had been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor in Viet Nam. One just has to discern the good guys from the bad guys.

Praise the peaches. Kick the rotten apples in the butt, but don't throw the peaches and rotten apples into the same barrel.

God gives nations the governments they deserve.
