I remember that day like it was yesterday .. calling all my kids and friends to see where they were and if they were ok .. all the lives that were lost that day and their loved ones that were left .. upsets me still today to think about. I also lost an uncle that was in the navy I didn't know him but I watched my mom who had lost her only brother and my gma and gpa cry everytime they heard a 21 gun salute or heard the star spangled banner sung... and there are people who actually die trying to get into this country and to hear someone who lives here say things that they know hurts others and if they truely don't like this country why don't they go to a country that they would be able to proud of and show their honor to that country. What makes a country strong are it's people.

Not only was my comment removed, but now my comments on his blogs are on approval only, which leads to be believe he blocked me.
My comment was simply this:
Tread lightly, Lucy. Your previous comment could be construed as both hate speech and a threat.
I've never had a problem with Drac or his blogs. I actually enjoy a lot of his stuff. He brings a different perspective, and his prose is actually very good. It's thought provoking, in a devil's advocate sort of way.

There is little more chickenshit than babbling from the safety of one's computer screen, anonymously no less. And how easy it is to say "fvck 911" when one does absolutely nothing whatsoever to defend this nation of ours. His freedom to spout off has been earned by the blood of American men and women that he just wiped his proverbial ass with.
I think that blog has to be the most despicable, piece of unholy feces in blog form that I think I've ever had the unfortunate experience of reading.
And while he is free to say what he did there, I do wish we could put his sorry butt into the shoes of the men and women who died for his right to say it unceasingly in these blogs -- like he's some kind of real rebel fighting for something meaningful. I'm afraid unless one has earned the right to disagree via the blood they've shed for this country, they've really no business saying anything because it doesn't count. It ain't jack and it carries the weight of an ant's carcass.
