It has come to my attention that maybe emailing doesnt work and found this, hope it helps for those that didnt know.

Also, i asked myself do these rules apply in all emails or just in a professional manner or for those that like to leave a good impression. I personally think you can do whatever you want when it comes to family and friends but should apply some constraint and ethics when hitting send which I try and do. Even though I receive some crazy and sometimes offensive stuff I just hit delete rather than forward.
thx and I hope you all have a wonderful day...

It's unbelievable how many people are uneducated in business and send emails as if they are texting their mates.

Reminds me of when I worked in the airline biz: I had this one supervisor from Peru, and he had a very heavy accent. Every morning when I came into the office, I was the one that went through all the teletype messages and devided them up amongst the various parts of the office (exports, sales, management, and me - imports).
I saw a copy of a message that he had sent, requesting info on a shipment...turned out that when when he wrote, he would spell words exactly how he pronounced them!!! I mean, he was a pretty bright guy, but this made him look like a complete idiot!
Me...sometimes when I write an email, I'll space it and forget something that I meant to say if I'm emailing somebody for the first time - like on this site, I'm usually all thumbs, depending on the person! My brain will go blank. Other times, I know what my brain wants to say, and I can even get my hands to type it out....though I think this keyboard is no good for me - I keep mis-spelling words by typing the key that's next to the one that I really want! Sometimes I catch it, sometimes I don't.
Oh well, that's life...
