Tonight I got a call from my mother. It shook me to the core. My younger sister of 46 is at the hospital as I write, having brain scans done of her head. Seems like she has been having severe headaches with vomiting for some time. She had a brain scan done today and as soon as her doctor got the results, he called her and informed her to go to the University of Kentucky hospital as fast as she could. They have found something on her brain at the base of her brain. I could tell from the sound of my mother's voice that it brought back too many painful memories of my youngest brother Pete. (I have blogged about him) who died of brain cancer at the age of 28 in '87') My mother is in her mid 80's and she is tired and the thought of losing another child is tearing at her heart. So if any could pray, I would be so appreciative. I have told her that I have a few sites that when I ask them to pray, miracles happen. This is one of those sites. My sister is only 46 years old and has 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. I know she is scared beyond comprehension.
