I have a serious question about the new health care bill.
Under the subsection of funding, number 7,

7, Under this new plan, we shall wave our hands over a printing press and poof the money magicly appears.

Can anyone explain that one to me?

	Actually Naraku, it isn't anymore laughable than parts of the actual proposed bill. How about the part where if you're too poor to afford health insurance, you'll be subject to an excise tax.
