Think sad thoughts, visit memory lane when you're sad, think about "what could have been", put off doing things that really should have been done YESTERDAY, make really, really, big mistakes,get really far behind, lather, rinse and repeat! Continue to make list of things that you can not change, do not need to revisit, or can not fix....lather, rinse and repeat!

Don't forget to whine... Whine at work, whine with your friends and family. When somebody asks you "how are you?" by all means respond truthfully and let them know that you've been toying with suicide, but just haven't gotten around to write the note yet... Make sure you look your part, too, with dark rings under your eyes, unkempt, on the limit of being dirty.... Drag your feet and bend your back as if carrying a heavy bag... etc...
