Okay .. um where to start... lets see.. do I start with my son being on the football team and then bringing home a cold/flu from hell to share with his family or.... do I start with my oldest daughter and her hubby coming to stay with me for few weeks while they wait for escrow to close on their house... orrrrrrrr how about ... well let s start with the two above and leave the other for last ...

So my son has been training for football all summer and made the freshman team.. so on the day of his first scrimmage against the varsity and JV teams of his school he calls to tell me about it..

"Okay kid come home and eat and I will take you back to school" I say . "nahh I had a really big lunch I'll just hang here til the game mom" "Are you sure??" and what time is the game?" he says, " Yeah I'm good .. and the game starts at 4 I THINK" oooooooooookay so I get the youngest and my neighbor who wanted to go see him play and call Mac to tell him and we all show up .. well he is on the field but not playing .. and not playing .. and not playing... hmmm its getting later and later.. just the Varsity and JV teams are playing ..hmmm .. well Mac and his boys left to go eat and stuff at like 6:30 and took my neighbor home for me while me and Mina stayed to watch and give the boy a ride home... about 7 pm they finally started to play.. they played for about maaaaaaaybe a half hour or so then it was over ... .not a real game just running plays against the jv varsity teams ... so by the time he got out of the locker room its about 8:30 or so and Mina is starving and I KNOW the boy HAD to be starving.... We load up his bike and go home he ravenously stuffs his face does some homework and falls in bed asleep...

The next day he seems a bit outta sorts .. I just chalk it up to him playing so hard the day before.. but when he comes home hes not any better.. in fact he is worse and eats and goes to sleep way early ... (we were at Macs ) Well he basically slept all day Saturday and come Sunday we left to go home early so I could nurse him at home .. Yep you guessed it .. he got hellaciously sick... this is a child who while all others are gagging and throwing up and coughing etc would toss off a cold like nothing.. my little rock of health .. was sick as a dog.. so I kept him home from school .. and again the next day and the next .. he would seem to be getting better then.. wham the fever would hit again ... and more fits of coughin.. till on the 4th day I called him in sick for school and they told me he needed a doctors note to get readmitted.. .. okay so we head for the urgent care... and sit for hours and hours.. finally getting the meds we need for him and heading home... and the whole time all he could think was that he was going to miss practice and miss playing.. arghhhhh anyways after I get him well... you got it... I caught his sick.. UGH OMG .. and no I didnt go to the docs I toughed it out and am finally better ...but I was sick enough I kinda almost missed Date Night .. but Mac still came over .. brought me 7 up and popsicles (for my sore throat) and I told him I loved him and told him to leave before he got sick.. and it cut our weekend together short to..o I wasnt feeling totally up to par so stayed home on Friday night just to make sure ..


Now during all this my oldest had moved in with me along with her hubby and her two little dogdogs to stay while their escrow was closing ..supposedly for only a few days... She gave me her almost brand new fridge because it wouldnt have fit in her new place ( too deep) and well she wanted to get one that matched the other appliances too ..

So after the escrow company jacking her around for WEEKS with "oh we forgot to have you sign this" or other crap they finally moved in on Wednesday of last week..She had told me that she was getting her keys and renting the Uhaul to move their stuff sooooo when the kids got off early from school sick as a dog I get ready and helped her load her stuff an got to see her new house.. We helped her clean it (bathrooms and sweeping vacuuming mopping then rode the 35 mins home from their new house to get home and fall in bed exhausted ..OMG I am sooooo damn proud of her and my son in law ...they have been married for just over three years and have bought a house .. not only did they buy one this is the great part she haggled I guess and they had offered 130k for it but the appraisal came in at 112 so hence the trouble with the lender..they wouldnt fund for 130k if it appraised at 112k but in the end they got it for 108k with all the repairs done and a guarantee on the repairs and roof .. YAY!!! Then after they bought their new fridge which they got like $400 off..the company called on the delivery day saying they had a problem ...apparently someone had skewered their fridge with a forklift by accident and well it would be a few days to get a new one.. Well a few days turned out to be MORE so she called corporate and .. get this.. with all the haggling etc she got a industrial grade stainless steel fridge with all the bells and whistles for the same price... a whopping $1,000 discount off the new one... YAY!!! again... so even with all the waiting and bumps in the road it was all worth it ... deep discounts on EVERYTHING!!!

Now to the REALLY COOL stuff.. after over five years of filing .. searching.. having a case dismissed another filing and a repeat with a dismissal...then refiling and finally getting an in abstencia posting instead of having to FIND my ex (who btw was hiding and didn't WANT to be found even the Veterans Admin could not find him) and getting all my papers filed RIGHT ( a few rejection notices here and there ) FINALLY my divorce is done...I am a free person as of 9/28/09... and that is cause for a MAJOR WHEW!!! for me ... I stayed up last night talking with a few folks online to be able to post in the forums and have a drink to celebrate when it hit midnight ... to tell the truth I was expecting the papers I got back to be more rejected filings.. but as my son in law handed me the mail I already knew because I had checked online the status.. just seeing the paper saying it was final brought a wave of relief and tears and dancing and yelling and more dancing and crying ..

WHEW its over!!!! I CAN move on... totally free .. to build my life with my Mac...

There has been so much more happening... but I would be here all day relating it and well more is happening now I must take care of...
