Very good blog.
I will not rise to bait to get me to argue.. I have never argued with anyone on here and dont intend to start.. its a waste of my time and energy as far as I am concerned.

As I've seen TTom post on several blogs lately, if we learn to skip over those bloggers & not give them the attention they are looking for, they will go away (hopefully). HOWEVER, it gets a little difficult to skip over some of these folks who will go on another person's blog regurgitating enough information over & over & OVER again in the comments section.

I agree also. The blogs also aren't set up for disputes, the forums sure are.
What ever the subject is, I can promise you there is a good dispute going on in the forums concerning exactly what it is that folks who want to complain, can complain about. If there isn't - - - - YOU, can start one up   Go for it, you are free to do this  or this  or  or even  and I bet it'll get hot and heavy  and you will be with people wanting to go at it just like you
Do you REALLY think blogland is a better place for  then the forums 
No one can tell you to leave, I am just saying I think you will find it more to your liking over there.
Just my humble opinion, but compare the 2 and I feel you will find the forums more to your liking and no one will complain about you and your feelings, they will just disagree with you  or even agree
Go for it, some one over there is looking for someone just like you to go at  with

I do agree 'though, I think it's OK to voice your opinion, just don't try to shove it down someone elses throat. Everyone is entitled to believe as they wish.

I used to read all the blogs, but I finally figured out that some were written just to start trouble. So now, when I see the offenders, I just skip over the blog and don't waste my time or energy to read it. My blood pressure is lower and I am better off just to pass the blogs by.
Great blog Summer, but it reminded me of why I quit coming to MD as much. I certainly don't miss all the hoopla.

I've noticed that one member,,, will contribute to both the blogs and the forums. He will post the blog,,, and post the same thing as a forum.
The goal is to pull the spirited fast paced mud slinging,,, into the forums.

Very nicely written summerbreeze! I agree that some people on here take things to a level that does not need to be visited, just to get a point across. I wish they would learn respect, and treat others the way they would like to be treated.

Nothing on this site is worth getting our knickers in a twist over. As well meaning as they are I wouldn't waste my time writing this type of blog anymore, been there, done that, got the t-shirt, wrote the book that plenty read, over and over, but nothing changes.
The only way to enjoy this site is to stop reading the offenders and make a mental note to avoid them like the plague.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you see crap in the street you don't walk straight into it, you steer well clear!!!
I hope you feel better for having written this though ... sometimes it helps to get things off our chests!

I believe you are blessed  , but sadly, as you know and I know and
Summer knows, these people we are speaking of will continue to just click on a blog where ever they see fit and see what they can come up with to redirect the direction of the blog, the honesty and openess of the blogger and those that wish to add their views, their take, their support...heck, whatever it is they can come up with to to disrupt whatever may have started to grow from the seed planted by the blogger.
As usual, I am getting too deep but I am one of those people that loves to see growth, loves to see people share their obrservations, share opposing views along with common views, but I am saddened when someone has nothing better to do then just come in and apply graffitti or what ever it is they are doing only so they get what ever pleasure it is they get from interfering for the sake of drawing attention to themselves or away from others........I just don't get it.
What is most important to me is that those that do engage in the blog know that there are plenty of us out here reading what you wrote. Even if no one takes the time to aknowledge what you wrote, please remember someone read it and most of the members pay no attention to those that spend their time in here just trying to stir up the flow, the love, the connections that are made in here
