For about 2 years I have been collecting & testing recipes from little & big older ladies, and other places trying to find the best of the best. As we know there are recipes all over the place, the trying part is which are the really great recipes. Not saying the recipes I have picked are for sure the best of the best, but; my testing has been extensive & expensive. Also, there isn't much new under the sun, and I am sure some where on the planet ther are similar recipes in some cases. Now all I need is to get on the Martha or Rachael show. Hey, with out dreams & goals I would be no where. When & if the book comes out I will send signed signed copies, this will get you no where. Budino Di Banana - Banana Pudding- - 1 large ripe Banana - 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice- 1 cup confection sugar - 1 tsp. grated bitter chocolate- (ooooh choc.) 1/4 lb. Ricotta - 1 tsp. milk - 1 tsp. Almond extract - 4 lady fingers- -- Mash bBanana with fork until creamy - add lemon juice - blend in sugar & grated chocolate - Combine Ricotta, & milk, strain through fine sieve, add Almond extract. Combine all ingredients & beat vigorously untill fluffy. Crush lady fingers, sprinkle in bottom 4 molds or one larger mold. Pour in mix. place in refrigerator until firm. Unmold, serve with whipped cream. Have to buy the book for the whipped cream recipe, yeh right.

when is the next one coming?... apparently cook books are the best sellers on the market, in as far as book sales are concerned. nice way to become famous. 
you should apply to be on Top Chef, its a fabulous show. i love it.

dieting is bad, its a lifestyle... and me, if i see that chocolate, i will gollop the whole lot down. so i dont, i could eat as much choc as i liked when i was younger but not anymore  and i dont diet  , i just eat simple foods.
