Sometimes things just go wrong....that's life....but when things are going down the hole and you can laugh...then things look different.....

Take the doggie diaper for instance.....

Yep my sweet little Baby...gave her the plate to have "people food" treat....had some cabbage and carrots on it...along with some pork steak bites.....She loved it...buttttt......it didn't love her...

There she was in the yard...hunting for the perfect spot....going around in circles....then...ah ha! found just the right spot....scrunched up in that position only a dog can create...ya know...four tippy paws on a nickel spot....head stuck way out to keep her balance....tail up in air (out of danger)...
I can almost see her making that "uuugghh" face just before that "ahhhh" relief moment.....

but instead...she hopped over a bit to a new spot..keeping her balance all the while...oops...with a long "dingle-berry"....it just wouldn't fall!!!

she hopped again...and with no hope of it dropping free....then.....she (I just know she did!) thought "Aw Hell with it!" and sat in the dirt and wiped her butt reallll good....

The problem was...now it was all over her long silver coat and I had to intervene..(Moms do that ya know... for those we love...) so I picked her up and we went inside to have a good ole butt wash and bath like any "child" before bed....(she does sleep with me... )

All is well that ends well? not end of story....lol

She got up without telling me she wanted outside...secretly... and now has diahrehea which she is embarrased??? ya right...just had to hurry up and couldn't wait for me to get up and unlock the door and make sure the skunks were not out there (we have been through that bath!...recently too!)

anyway...after cleaning up...AGAIN! I remembered the diapers! yeaaaa!

After fighting to put a diaper on an UNWILLING participant....got it on....*mostly*

so...sitting here and feeling smug for handling it all with little frustration...just annoyance...looked up and there she was...making skid marks on the carpet a few feet away...but WITH THE DIAPER STILL ON!!! eweeee....ugh! The diaper was still crisp and clean INSIDE...so here we go again to the tub.....

Once more...sitting at the computer...thinking...finally peace for awhile....I miss her...and go to my bedroom....oh no! There are spots of evidence on the cover I forgot to inspect.....

OH CHIT!!! Here we go again!!!


Diapers...depends???
