Pakistan Bombing in Peshawar
Dammit dammit dammit. This shit has to STOP! I honestly wish i could be sad right now, i'm overtaken with anger at the moment.
I have to call my family and have them call relatives in Pakistan to check on everyone, this bomb was too close to home for me. Both of my Grandma's live close by.
Please pray for Pakistan. They are kind, warm and wonderful people and i'm just in anguish over the state of their Country now. WHY did they allow open borders to terrorists. They are SO nice that they allowed evil people right into their country with open arms. They believed that being kind would save them grief. Now, i can't go to Pakistan to visit my family.. I'm American and obviously American. I don't speak a word of Urdu.
And while i'm ticked off.
I would like to pray for who ever put the big red X (with blush i think) across the back of my white Faux Fur coat at the mall. I appreciate it.
Here i ALSO protest, not only for Human rights (the rights of unborn humans) but for the right of Animals also. I would be the last damn person to wear a real fur. I kill for food, humanely and with reason. Big difference than peeling the skin and fur off a live animal. Ever see that done? If not, go check it out on youtube. Not many things more disgusting in this world besides killing babies of course.

I bought the damn coat because it didn't look real. LOL
I tried to have it cleaned, didn't work.
Damn day.

Sorry to hear about the involvement of your family in this area of instability, Repub. I have a large circle of friends who are all Pakistani, and I check in with them periodically to see how their families are faring in the midst of the chaos. They've been Americans for 30-35 years, a circle of engineers, and they keep me updated on things seldom heard in the news. I hope your family is safe and stays safe.
People have to take back their villages and towns, their cities and mosques from all these extremists. Quite a battle. All in the name of gods.
And sorry to hear about your faux fur. Haven't heard of that form of protest in a long time. It's one of the challenges of the market of 'look-alikes' in a world of vigilantes.

I am very sorry to hear your family is in arms way.
People who are against killing animals for fur have no rights to destroy anyone property. Protest yes, but to attack or abuse someone else's property is just wrong.
Here's a big hug to lessen your stress on your family situation.

You know my people did the same thing, opened up the country to a bunch of foreigners, helped them out, taught them how to survive. Then they turned on us! They would burn our villages, murdering and burning the children alive, raping and murdering the women, torturing, and murdering the men, young and old alike, stole our land, and have forced many to live in, near concentration camp style, designated areas.
So you are probably wondering what third world country we are from, well we are from a country that is now called America!  No, I'm not all bitter, full of hate, and resentment, but I do think that sometimes people need to be reminded about what happened in this country.  It was wrong then, and it's just as wrong now, like in Pakistan, and other places! Remember that saying, "No good deed goes unpunished!"  My prayers are with you RWR!

I always feel sorry for the regular people unintentionally involved in war, no matter where. The Afghans, Pakistanis, Iraqis....just average people trying to live their lives in hideous circumstances. I pray for them all and hope they understand that the regular people here wish them well.

WOW, a neocon who supports their naturally assumed enemy. That's an immpressive change of heart. I usually read or hear comments like: Let's turn everything in the middle east into a glass ball with a nuke.
If you really are becoming sympathetic toward the middle east please try and influence some of extreme right wingers that war, violence and hate really isn't the answer.

Wow! I couldn't even begin to imagine the anguish you must be going through worrying about your family. My thoughts and prayers to them definitely.
As to the coat...some people are just stupid. It's the world we live in. I'd be royally ticked off to if it were my coat.

Oh and the family is A OK! They are safe and sound. Thank you GOD! Today really started terrible. I prayed, and of course (as usual) the day got so much better.
God works in mysterious ways i'm told. No one knows that better than myself.
I'll write everyone a proper response tomorrow. I'm just too damn tired.

I have been painted professionally and they don't ever used BLUSH. Its real paint in like the gallon size and they get you right in the front! Face to face

Whale Wars my ass. They belong in prison I like the show (and i'm by no means a big Whale saving type person) I have protested for many things and many animals, never whales.
After watching that one episode of Whale Wars, seeing that massive whale get hacked up, i can see why people try to stop it. I may even give a helping hand one day. I will, when animal rights freaks can also help me defend unborn children being killed. It amazes me how huge those peoples hearts are, but they don't seem to care about babies. That saddens me. I like life, when i say pro-life, i don't want anything innocent to die, needlessly.
