My ex girlfreind works for this company. They fired a few supervisors and put females in their place. NONE, of the females received the pay raise. One of the girls answers 33% of the calls, yet, NO pay raise. There are six people to a shift so that means she is doing the work of two people. She also was promoted to data entry assisitant, the supervisor spot is only on weekends. Still NO payraise. She has to do this job along with her regular task during the day, still answering 33% of the calls. One girl was told two days ago she was going to be put on install. The guy over install wanted her because of her work ethic and ability to learn quick. She was told she had the job, yet later they told her they hired a guy at the last minute. The boss running the place also had cameras put in office that he watches from his house all night long. Sounds to me like he is some kind of perverted voyeur. All the girls say it creeps them out when he is around and he makes them very uncomfortable. These women are to afraid to say anything, because the one time one of them did they were told they would be firied, these women can't afford to lose their jobs. I just thought i would let you guys know. IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR GAURDTRONIC TO WATCH YOUR HOUSE YOU ARE PAYING FOR A COMPANY THAT WALKS OVER WOMEN AND SINGLE MOMS. I could tell more, but I think that covers the most part of it. Oh! Forgot to mention they just hired a guy with no experience to fill another position without even asking the women that work there. If you don't beleive me call them up and ask to speak to Dave or Keith, sexist control freaks in my opinion. I don't know all the facts, just what I hear, but none of this sounds fair in anyway to me...If you are using this company to watch your alarms I suggest you go elsewhere.....
