I do find this to be true, I dated a guy once who had a very strong body odor that I just could not tolerate. It wasn't that he sweat it was just the way he naturally smelled, part of his genetics. I guess I could put it this way as an example, some people like to eat garlic, and in the summertime if you are in a store and walk past someone, you can smell them, the garlic smell coming from their skin. So....what I'm trying to say here is that perhaps we should use our noses when looking for a partner, then perhaps more marriages will work out. It's worth a try.

The odour of Polo after shave makes me go APE! I'll worry about those pesky body odours later

I think I'll stick with "choosing" according to their personality, intelligence & sense of humor. (I've already chosen based on those 3 things & it worked!)
Body odors change as a person ages; personality, intelligence & wit generally last a lifetime.

An ex of mine always used to complain that I smelled like rockstar energy drinks. I drink between 2 and 8 a day, depending on what I have to do. I imagine that it would have come out my sweat glands as well. Though, I would rather smell like energy drink than be stuck with her.

Glad I do not have a real fussy nose. Truth is I like the natural much better than the the perfume thing.

I read/saw a documentary on "Smell of opposite sex"...and the reason given that some ate attractions and some are repellants went even deeper than the food we eat...

It is "NATURE'S WAY" to circumvent incest! or reproducing within your own genetic line....ya know the "search for a stronger line"....

Don't ask me how "kissing cousins" can like each other...but ...it is an inheirant inborn genetic choosing..that when you find someone you LIKE their smell (without enhancements or blockers of smell) it is the phermones bringing you together to mate! oops...!!!

smell onward!

well, luneib...if your going to use yer probiscus then remember to bring along a cache of coffee beanz to neutralize yer sniffer between eligible dates. as for me, forget about those 2 different types of sweat, health, diet, etc.,

I do believe what I'm after reaping are what is called phermones...male pheremone's!

I hear tellz the best are natural and my body excretes them in places some more tasty than from others, but right after a fresh shower I mix 'em together and rubz 'em in certain stragic locations before I powders with the yohnson & yonhson's; I even rubs down pheremones' on my forearms as befits a caveman
