	And less than 10% was planned to be spent in the first year. But it was a big rush rush that they just had to pass immediately or sooner and not time to read it...or the sky would fall on us...

	Do you see a pattern yet? I do....these last several adminstration have used the 'crisis' mode to destroy our freedoms... Scaring the crap out of us so we are willing to give in to their demands.. They remind me of that nurse that would go into the patients rooms in the night..give them something to hurt them....then come storming in when the patient was in distress...and save them...as she was the only one who actually knew what was wrong with them....thus...making herself look GOOD.... Well..the same with the politicos 'ruling with an Iron Fist' of America...They are liars and theives.... Stealing away our wealth right now as we speak..ON PURPOSE..If you dont know this...then perhaps you had better do you own research.. Millions marching on Washington the District of Corruption know this... The millions involved in these tea parties all across the nation know this.. If you dont....find out...cause your future will depend on you gaining knowledge...so perhaps..this next election...we can quit voting in the CFR members..the New World Order people.. This globalism is a dismal failure to say the least... Dont forget what Kissinger said about Obama.....He said Obama has been groomed to be a New World Order Leader... Thats why he has used YOURS AND MINE taxpayer money to campaign all over the globe...Wasnt that nice of him.....but.....he didnt ask me if he could do this....isnt this MY country? isnt that money OUR taxpayer money.. Who the hell does he think he freaking is... Their con job and those cons of the past are being outted....The NWO is doomed..for now anyway... The problem is this....the Bible has predicted that they will be successful...at some time...so prepare...there will be bad things that come from to few people having so much power over the entire world.. Google Agenda 21 Useless eaters..and see what they have in store for you and me...pretty heartless..yet...they do worry about the animals alot more than humans...does that make them ok? Hardly..
