Last nite i was kicked back at the cook castle watching tv......when i noticed the sci fi channel tried to show the saw movies......im not sure how many they showed.....at last count there were on saw III.......and what was funny......they couldnt show much of them....cut out all the grossness and the cussing...and you had one confusing movie........i wonder why they even tried.....anybody whos ever tried to watch those saw movies can tell you how totally gross they get.....being a movie collector...i own the first three.....after that....i didnt care to watch anymore......i cant recall if it was saw 2 or 3......but my daughter dragged me out of the house at midnite to the movies when it first came out.....i remember sitting there watching,.......and it didnt take long for it to become almost unwatchable.....my daughter leaned over and said....im gonna get sick......and i told her.....you wanted to see it....now sit there and watch.....i got the popcorn all to myself that nite.....and she had nightmares for days after.....i was watching the 13 scariest movies on some channel the other nite....they rated them one after another.....some i own...others ive never even heard of.....but there was one that i had rented called......Hard Candy.....and it has that girl from juno in it.....well before she made it......that movie gave me one terrible feeling just watching them talking about it.....its not one i would ever own......and the living dead movies.....never did anything for me......first...they moved way too slow.....and if they caught you....i figured you deserved to die......being a movie collector......im more into real life things......like.......if somebody or something is chasing you.....and youre running to save youre ass......if you trip and fall.....and turn around and wait for whatever it is chasing you to catch up.......again.....you deserve to die.....if they tell you not to open something......or to stay aways from something....and you do it anyway.......again.in my eyes....you qualify for worm food......i know....they are only following a movie script.....but for some reason......if you dont use common sence.......whatever happens to you ........well.....you get the picture........ive got some great sci fi flicks.....when somebody gets killed in one of those.....they just didnt know any better.....i guess i just liked the classics......when i was little....we had a summer place up on a lake......and after watching creature from the black lagoon.....i never went into the water at nite......no telling what was swimming down there below you..........cookie

Saw V was actually really good, for being a fifth in a series. It ties alot of the first 4 movies together.

The only scary movies that ever "got to me" was werewolf movies. The old ones were bad enough with Lon Chaney but the newer ones could instill enough fear in me that I wouldn't step foot outside at night for the longest time without my heart in my throat and my bladder threatening to run amok.

I never liked the gory movies...nuttin' scary about them...except fearing one can't get to the bathroom before all the popcorn and candy reversed its original journey.

Ok, I guess you can figure that my favorite movie is Bram Stokers Dracula, directed by Frances Ford Coppula, well, I always loved the vampire flicks, because there was a bit of romance to them. I love scary movies as well, but the ones they are coming out with today, well, come on!!! its slash em, period.. no story line, nadda that made any sense, even to a crazy person. I did see one that made me jump, the cave, ever seen that one? Oh and I like the mummy series, even though they aren't really that scary. I think those are more comedy than anything else. (Oh, and Bram Stokers Dracula, that Dracula was as sexy as he could be when he turned young! He could bite my neck any time!!!
