Since my comments have been censored previously, I decided not to waste my time commenting on a particular blog, but to take just a moment to voice my own opinion on this topic.
Matchdoctor's blog section has always been a place to express yourself as an addition to the information provided on your profile. Since its inception, there have been GUIDELINES in place for people to adhere to.
As I've agreed previously, the guidelines are NOT to strict or confining to follow. The topics that you may write about are not limited. I think most anyone should be able to adhere to those guidelines.
If someone finds they are somehow not able to adhere to those guidelines, I think they perhaps should re-think what they are doing here. Perhaps the thoughts they are sharing OR perhaps the manner in which they share them would be better suited for some other site on the web.
It is after all the world wide web with unlimited space for you to find a place that suits you.
Matchdoctor suits me personally in many ways. I appreciate the offerings here, the friends here, the ability to continue to make new friends & the moderation that is provided here.
I am always open to comments, any & all comments....comments in agreement or dissension. The only comments I am not tolerable of are those that I find rude, crude & sociably unacceptable & since this is my blog, I am allowed to delete any such comments. I thank you for reading & I appreciate any thoughts you may wish to add.

If someone doesn't want comments to his blog made...then fine! But it is NOT MD's problem if he can't write his thoughts in such a way so that others know what he means without having to have an interpreter....
even he makes nice prose/poetry...just doesn't know how to handle compliments is all....

Missliss you and I both know that you will always have people who like to run others down all the time. It is because they have too much time on their hands and they are miserable people themselves. If I am constantly spewing garbage out of my mouth, it is because that is all that I am putting in my brain. I think they call it GIGO.....garbage in.....garbage out. Very well written blog. Kudos.

MD is a totally great site, as far as being strict, they are very very fair about allowing people to express their thoughts and opinions.
They have allowed people to push the limits on rules without coming down with the hammer, that alone proves that they are being fair.
People make the site, so if the site sucks, the members as a whole are to blame.

As usual, Missliss makes good sense.
Anyone who finds MD unsatisfactory is better advised to do something to improve it, like writing some thought provoking, possitive blogs.

I somehow always know just when to poke my nose back in. Well almost... seems like I missed something here though.... what is it they say, "Better missed than pissed?"
You betcha the blog section is one thing that really makes md TOPS in MY book. Like Ed says, They have allowed people to push the limits on rules without coming down with the hammer, that alone proves that they are being fair.
When people get out of hand in here according to my likes/dislikes -- I take a break and above all -- avoid those people. And even though the mods have rarely listened to me when I say, "It's time to crack the whip"  they are STILL the best mods I can possibly imagine. WHAT A JOB THEY HAVE !!!! And..... THEY DO IT WELL !!!!
