Yanno I find it amazing that when you do certain things the reactions or non reaction to the action is almost guaranteed to baffle you..


For instance.. I noticed a few things lately that just baffle the heck outta me...
When you take you phone with you to the restroom or outside while you work.. or with you from room to room .. then damn thing NEVER rings!!! Yet if you leave it int he cradle sure as shit its will be ringing off the hook!!! Also goes correlates to how busy you happen to be or need to be as to how many times the damn thing will ring too...oh and don't forget its a for sure it will ring if you are .. under a car..under the sink..on the crapper..got your hands in water or some other liquid.. just sat down for dinner.. just got into the tub or shower and are fully wet.. on your cell phone (this works both ways house/cell cell/house) watching a never gonna be shown again something on TV... trying to sleep.. trying to leave the house .. well you get the idea yeah??

Baffles the hell outta me HOW them people KNOW exactly when you get the urge to use the potty ... are gonna miss something important to the plot on the TV ...JUST stick you hands in the water... Are we all built with microchips that send signals to various folks urging them to call us JUST THEN???

Nother thing that Baffles me.. you can come and go all the time and not see a soul .. as long as you are fully dressed in good clothing and your hair is done...yet if you take a chance and try to slip out to get the newspaper in your jammies or a house dress with your hair messy ..yep.. everyone and their momma and dog are out seeing YOU.. while they look great ...arghhhhhh Oh and forget about just running to drop something off a the post office with no bra on .. of course THEN you will have to get outta your car to go in to mail it...and of COURSE you will see at LEAST three people you know .. and one will be someone you really didnt want to be seen by looking your worst.. .. again microchips to let everyone know you are leaving not properly attired???

Then how about buying something you have really wanted and have saved up for and treated yourself to... just to have it go on sale the next damn day??? HOW DO THEY KNOW???!!!!

Oh and yessss. how do the neighbors KNOW when to make lots of noise so you couldn't sleep if you were sedated with enough Valium to knock out and elephant??
and especially they do it when you have to be up early for work.. bastids!!! HOW do they KNOW!! tell me dammit!!!

Oh and finally .. for now .. HOW does the inanimate know the precise time to break down??? The EXACT timing to make your life hell??? Do they take turns are they wired to respond to switch thrown somewhere by and evil mad scientist who revels in creating angst?? I mean it ONLY happens at THE least opportune time...yanno when you are low on funds... are out in the toolies miles from civilization...trying to use the item right then...or the day AFTER the warranty expires .... II WANNA KNOW NOW!!!! TELL ME where is that mad scientist ?? he needs a good arse kickin!!!



*Deep Breath* yes my phone has rung OFF the hook today .. caught me under a sink, in the restroom, while I was outside, while I had my hands in dishwater, while I was on my cell, annnnd while I was repairing my toilet ... can ya tell??? And do I dare try to relax and watch TV?? not on your life!!!


Oh hell I just remembered tonight is date night so yeah Im gonna TRY to get in the shower before the dang phone rings again...
