I heard the loud musicians? throughout the day yesterday. Amplified by high tech equipment they were difficult to reconcile with what I believed was going on. At first I thought some people on the road a half mile below me had their sound system cranked way up. Then as I heard more and more clearly I could hear words like Jesus and Christian and realized the neighbors must be having a band practice but it was way too loud. As the day wore on I realized there were various bands playing and then the music turned into sheer screaming as if the devil himself had invaded the valley. This morning on my way to town I saw the huge tents and stage which was located a full mile away from my house and it absolutely astounded me that the sound had seemed so much closer. I stopped and asked someone what was going on and the young man told me it was a weekend "Christian Rock Concert" I am spending the day at my shop today which is 11 miles away. I felt sorry for one of my neighbors who lived a few hundred feet away from the event and another man I talked to today told me he could hear the racket from his home 6 miles away.

Folks, I have always prided myself with being able to keep up with the times to a certain extent but when entertainers scream from the top of their lungs in a terrifying rage I have trouble reconciling it with anything I recognize as Christian, but it is easy to associate with the words "demonic" or "evil"

What a world we live in!

I so understand what you're talking about.

A month ago I bought that used car. I tried out the stored radio stations and found that one of them is a Christian radio station.

But.... you can only know it's Christian when they talk. Because when they switch to "music" (I believe they still call it that... ) ... I switch to another radio station.

This is not music, this is NOT uplifting, and I don't believe that anybody can make out any type of message in the noise...

It shows, once more, where all this "adapting" and tolerance leads... to noise and chaos.
True Christians shouldn't need to adapt their music.
True Christian music is supposed to sound glorious, uplifting, beautiful. There is no place in the Bible that it says to make "screeching, nasty, loud and horrible noises" in order to please the Lord...
But of course, pleasing the LORD is probably the last of their goals with this music and these concerts...

Thank you for your blog, my friend...

Its amazing how people will twist and distort the meaning of religion so they can get away with their own agenda. What you are talking about might just be the beginning of something that plagued Alma Ar. 20 years ago. (That Jim Jones cult thing) It amazes me how the various religions are embracing the gay community which is no more than to enrich the tithe and offering plate revenue.
Did you notice lots of beverage containers (beer cans) laying around along with raggedy/scantly dressed persons covered with tattoos (tramp stamps) ?? No doubt the air had a strange odor as well such as might having an organic odor !!
Its the work of the devil !!!!!!!!!!!
