It's the men who are running the world. The judges, lawyers, politicians, professionals and they cost us a lot more than money. They can do a lot for themselves but not for anyone else, they cant protect the children, women and rid the streets of crime. Useless, the lot of them. If i recall correctly, it states in the bible that God warns if you decide to marry, its a sin to divorce. I believe this is were the breakdown in society began. Divorce.
There came a time when man didnt step up to his responsibilities and women were forced to go it alone. To this day men are not stepping up, they prefer to act like little boys and play with their daughters friends. And the rest of the male gender finds this very amusing. Something to really be proud of. Some even play sexually with their own daughters or nieces etc. Today all men talk in circles, but nothing gets done and they are quick to blame the women. I ask you? Who rules the world? Is it not stupid to blame the waitress when the chef has overcooked your food? Who's in charge?
Many women are sole breadwinners in the family today, some obtain financial support from their husbands.. but few kids get the emotional support they should get from their fathers. Why? Because they are punishing the bitch for leaving them. Many of these fathers would prefer to be an overgrown teen and play in that age group. If daughters dont get guidance and love from their father, they will get into trouble. Men know this... but care not, women know this... but cant do anything about it.
I believe it has got to the stage where women will be better leaders and so I encourage all women to seriously consider the position we find ourselves now and in the future. Its time to vote women for president worldwide, be you a man or women.

There is no more time for the fckn blame game. Women provide for the family before themselves quite naturally, without been asked. Women will be much more sever with crime, sex offenders and gangs. We CAN teach our children better.
Yes, those of us who are mothers CAN teach our sons, so that they won't grow up to be like their fathers....

The rules have to change, the men have screwed up big time. Pedophiles, sex trade, internet porn, child porn. And our men who are running the show, cant do anything about these crimes. No but wait, the gangs run from jail.. it wont be long before they are the ones controlling sex trafficking.

I felt very deceived when Hilary didn't make it to president.
It would have been such a change.... finally having a woman in the position. (Even though most of the advisers are still males...)
Yet.... sometimes I do not intend to vote for a woman.
It is not because one is a woman that one has better values.
Some women are not to be trusted.
Granted, those are a much lesser percentage than the men to avoid by all means... 
One thing is for certain: if the world could be ruled by women tomorrow, it would probably change rapidly, and it would change for the better...

If you read the link carefully (which I acknowledge is asking a bit much since it is undeniably gruesome), you will learn that Countess Erzsébet Báthory was one of the most prolific serial killers on record. It is impossible to verify, but she may have murdered as many six hundred women (including children) through tortures that were as hideous as anything that Jeffrey Dahmer inflicted on his victims.
With all due respect, I submit that blaming one gender or the other for all of the world's problems is a losing proposition. No matter how examples you may cite, others can cite equally valid counter-examples. Would it not be better to focus on solving the problem instead of alienating others?

No NO NO, we have done this too long. As women our hands are tied. We need women leaders in to prosecute the buyer of sex and put a stop to it. The courts are not taking sex crimes seriously enough. The tax payer in every country is fitting a very expensive bill for the lawyers and judges and politicians to sort the sex crimes and drugs out while the criminals have lawyers for human rights representing them very well. Who is protecting the victims out of that top heavy tax drainage for legal representation? NO-ONE 
Do me a favor RareQuestor answer this, are their more serial killers that are men or woman? I already know the answer, so there is no point in reading about some isolated case that happened in 1609. 
There are pressing issues now that have to be addressed and men are not interested in doing the job they are paid to do.

That just begs the question of why you are not doing the job. If you feel so strongly about it---and I have the impression that this is a very personal issue for you--then why not obtain a law degree, become a judge and sentence offenders yourself?

As long as you have political parties with platforms, it makes no difference who is at the helm. Angela Merkle of Germany just made a swing to the middle right to survive with her position. We have had some very good women in charge in the past and they made some great contributions to mankind. We have also had some very good men that have done alike. The problem I see in the world today is that no one really cares for anyone else or anything but their own agenda, whatever it might be. There is no honor any more, no love of country, no respect for of from anyone. We have created a world society that is hell bent on collecting all the money they can and don't care about the damage done to others while doing it. It is like I have heard before, The one that has the money when we all die is the winner. Doll, you are trying to blame men for all the troubles of the world and I agree they have been in charge, most of the time, while these times have come to pass but it is Greed that drives everything. When people start to loose hope they do strange things and I don't believe anyone on here will disagree that we are living in some very strange and doubtful times. My wife and I raised 2 sons and I am now raising my only grandchild which is 18 and a Senior honor student in high school. My wife died 5 years ago and my older son's wife left him for a woman, we have been told and I have had to take my Grand Son because of that He was 13 when I took him in and have been both mother and father to him. Your are right about most of the things you say, but hating men for all the troubles of the world is not one of them.
NO No, dont get me wrong. I dont hate men. I am just tired of tip toeing around them and hours and hours and hours of BS and why they cant do this and why they cant do that. From now on I am going to ask every women to vote for women in power in the future and this blog is here to do the same thing. No one is perfect but i very much doubt it that women could do any worse a job than the men have done for centuries while it just gets worse.
The buyer of sex must be prosecuted, this is NOT happening at present. Its sick and its getting sicker but the men cannot see it. They are purposefully blind. Porn on the internet must be eliminated. Its easy to do if every computer is fitted with a device similar to "nanny". But you see men dont want to do this, cos that means they will miss out on watching porn.
Quite frankly i couldnt give a damn about who likes filthy porn even if it makes men respect women less. But what i do care about is, these same men are going younger and younger child porn online  .
I also want to get something straight before any fool jumps to conclusion. I have not been personally hurt. I am sick and tired and bloody angry, not hurt... ANGRY 
Dont come here and post your opinion of "who's to blame". Write your own blog. This blogs purpose is to make women aware that as long as men continue to stay in power nothing will improve. I hope you take the time to read some of the articles in this issue of Time Magazine. Most of it agrees with what you are saying. Many of the folks who commented on your blog do not have the facts right and some of yours are wrong too, according to this particular study.
Although Time did find out, women aren't as happy as they were 40 years ago, in general.
They are not talking about you as you commented....they took a survey and found that the general trend was.....etc....
Anyway...it is a good issue, with a lot of good info in it to be mulled around and thought about.

oh and let me tell you a secret. He will be out again in a few months or years to re-offend again. As long as the pedophile breathes NO child is safe... everyone knows it but the law lets him out. How is that protecting the public? Women would never allow him out, he would get life till death or the death sentence depending on where he is.
And to make matters worse that pedophile is put into protective custody in jail so the gangs cant get to him and rape him. I vote the pedophile doesnt deserve the privileged of separated incarceration, he should be put in the main prison body. If he dies there, no-one will miss him. And perhaps if these pedophiles realise they are going into the hole with the rest he might think twice before he touches another child.
You see i am of the opinion that if a rope is tightened round anyones neck, people will pretty much drop any bad habit to breathe.

His first parole hearing is in 2012. As much as I hate the thought, chances are he will probably get parole. Why? The prison's have this "good behavior" system, which in some cases may work. But, as Doll points out, pedophiles "re-offend" over and over and over. My sister found some interesting papers this creep has stashed. Apparently he has biological children, and the courts in Michigan have terminated his rights to his kids. Shame my sister didn't know this before getting involved with this creep.

Dizzy - for men that actually do punish criminals, do a search on Sherrif Joe Arpaio (sp), of Maricopa County, Arizona (the greater Phoenix area). he knows how it's done, but it seems that the Feds don't like his way of doing things.
As for women in government - same goes for the men: you really have to look at what they stand for, and not who they are, before casting your vote.

We could use more women in office, of all nature, corporations, politics, especially the legal profession.
And that is happening..... perhaps too slowly, but it is happening....
Social change has always been slow, it takes years to make changes.... as well as a lot of effort and contribution by all who want to see change occur.

After reading this blog and every response, I'm incline to agree with the women here, for the most part, endulge me on this one. First of all in defense of some men, I don't believe all men are bad or sex maniacs, I personally feel their are many good men and fathers out there, however they are not the majority when looking at the world as a whole. Most men in power have let it go to their heads and have blantanly abused their power...
Women are nesters by nature and tend to be the ones who make a house a home, although some women have been known to abuse and even kill children (their own) the majority of women tend to be more grounded and make better decisions, they think with their hearts, more then their ego's, their not vilolent by nature unless pushed, they have proven for centuries that they are better care givers and more family orientated then many men have proven them selves to be. In most every loving happy home their is a strong woman who quitely behind the scenes is making it work, The cliche that goes "Behind every successful man, There is a shocked mother in-law"  oops! wrong cliche "Behind every successful man is a good woman" Allot of truth to that, Women just have a way of making this world a better place to be and live, they give it love, life and happieness
There's good and bad in both genders, but their is no doubt that women are more thoughtful and considerate.
It's my own opinion that if Women were in charge, many of the laws, world wars, world problems as well as the cess pools of lies deciet and sex markets would become less and less. Here's my evidence... Most women who are given respect and not abused don't cheat, when husbands pay as much attention to them as he did trying to marry her, most women will stay the course and not cheat, where as many men regardless of how well they have it still cheat, and then wonder or cry about how she took him for all he had, had he kept his pants on, he would still have all he had and her.
Most Women tend to think much deeper about the future and consider the end result, I have personally found that most women will talk about anything if you ask the right questions at the right time, many are like truth machines, they know when your being honest and they know when your lying, even if they allow you to get away with a lie. (they know) As long as the Women who were in charge didn't hate men and "Judge all men by the deeds of another" I would think that a world ruled by women, might be a pretty good world to live in....They rule the home behind the scenes and balance everything there, women by nature are much more productive and muti task better then men it's not a suck up just a fact

I forgot to mention...
here in the USA, buyers of sex ARE prosecuted - even in Nevada, where it's legal to do so! (only in certain areas of the state)
Heck, some cities even print the buyers' names in the local newspaper, and/or read their names on the evening news broadcasts - and if the crime took place on city streets, some cities even impound the buyer's car! (Fresno and Sacramento Ca. being two such cities) I used to always hear about Russain/Chinese (not to mention Heidi Fliess' own operation - hmmm, a female-run one at that!) prostitution rings being busted in L.A. when I lived there, but it seems there's always a dozen more to take their places.
I'd love to see Palin become president: Hillary has no backbone...should have divorced Willie after his flings became public, but I guess that's politics...
I agree with what another poster said about women making bad choices in regards to whom they choose to be the father of their children: I've been dumped MANY a time, because the female wanted a "bad boy"-type of guy, and that ain't me.

Make no distinctions between men and women; both have suffered. In fact suffering always comes like that, it is a double-edged sword. If you make somebody suffer, you have to suffer. If you make somebody a slave, you have to become a slave too; it is mutual.
The day women are liberated will be a great day of liberation for men too . But don't make the whole thing ugly. Otherwise there is every possibility -- I fear that the possibility is there, and it is a great possibility that in fighting with men, women may lose something which is valuable. Something which has not yet been crushed and destroyed by men may be destroyed by women themselves in fighting with men. If you fight ferociously you will lose the beauty of femininity; you yourself will become as ugly as men.
It has not to be decided by fighting, it has to be decided by understanding. Spread more and more understanding. Drop these ideas of being men and women! We are all human beings. To be a man or a woman is just a very superficial thing. Don't make much fuss about it, it is not anything very important; don't make it a big deal.
How can you love the enemy? How can you be in an intimate relationship with the enemy?

In fact that was one of Friedrich Nietzsche's criticisms of Buddha and Jesus Christ, that they look feminine, that they are womanish. Buddha certainly looks feminine. Whenever a man moves into the heart, something in him goes feminine. He becomes more round, more soft, more vulnerable.

So now you know, go off the point on your comment here and you are douched. 
Let me start by saying i dont hate men, never have and never will. I have never been injured by a man. However as this blog says men have made a hash of how they have ruled the world. And i dont see why by me stating that i would like a few leaders like Maggie Thatcher as presidents in several countries could make me a man hater. I will admit, i call a spade a spade and some might take offense. Too bad. I purposefully wrote the blog to shock and make people sit up and think.
We are apathetic humans and so what better approach. I achieved my goal.
As well, if you expect me to continue living in denial of that which stares me in the face daily. I will not anymore. The time has come for radical change to come fast and furious. Today women leaders are more qualified than ever before to make effective changes. The world needs them.
Children are depending on it and so I pray for those changes and i urge every man, women and child who votes worldwide to put a women in charge. It would be even better if several countries had women leaders at the same time

Also i have principals and life is not a popularity contest even tho many of you keep reminding me that this is a dating site, like i must pull myself together. MD is also an excellent medium to reach the world and i have no regrets for putting the focus on the worlds children instead of my needs. My blog was intended to shock, i warned some people about it before i posted it. I achieved my goal.
The world (USA incl) needs strong women leaders like Maggie. Its the womens turn to make a mark. The sooner the better. 
As a woman i honestly do want women leaders to step up, take the reigns and make a difference. I understand that many men might feel threatened or angered by this. For me, living in denial is finished and i am not going to stick my head in the sand any longer. Just remember if you choose to miss the point, preferring to believe i am a wounded soul, let me make it perfectly clear... that is only your delusion, or guilt, or shame.

Women do need to have their day in the sun, so I agree with you on your purpose for the blog. We do need to elect more women in politics. Women are going to war, they are dying for this country, they are doing jobs that men do. I would love to see a woman president and thought we might have when I voted for Hillary Clinton. Well.. we have President Obama, but I'm trying to be positive about it. He's done some good things that I'm benefiting from, thankfully.
I love men and I love women. I think they are both incredible, wonderful, and that we can't generalize about either gender, but I completely agree that it's time we allow women to lead.
As to the porn problem, I don't think we can legislate that away and wouldn't want to due to the censorship that this brings up; censorship could create an even bigger problem than the porn does. Women and men must wake up to what pornography is, what it does, what the findings are on the impact it is having on our brains scientifically, and they must begin to get help when they find themselves addicted.
I'm really glad you're trying to make your voice heard for women's rights and issues, Dizzy.

Corporations rule the world, and they are definitely no longer exclusively male. Wall Street is full of ambitious women climbing ladders right through the "glass ceiling" into the boardrooms. Have they changed the rapacious and predatory nature of corporations? Not that I can see. They are falling for the big pay-off just as much as men. They often acting as corporate spokespersons, defending environmental destruction, war profiteering, and filling talking head positions at "ignorance is strength" propaganda channels like FAUX. More women are even fighting in Bush's oil wars (remember Lindy England?) and putting on jailer's and cop's uniforms. I'm disappointed, but more than a few women seem in a big hurry to participate in this violent, bullying, "winner-take-all" man's world.

I'd like to add that much of the positive change we'd like to see can be found in Scandinavian and other EU countries. The difference between the warmongering plutocracies and peaceful socialist/capitalist hybrids is not gender, but political progress.. Just to make it a bit more controversial, most of these EU countries are not religious, while here and in other plutocracies, the patriarchal, Abrahamic religions are still strong forces against progress. Even Cuba has higher child survival rates than the US.
