This certainly will slow down purchases of condos. The FHA has implemented more rules to follow and alot of people who would want an FHA loan will not be able to get one if the condo complex in which they wish to purchase a condo does not follow these new rules. See article below. I figure that is why my neighbors in our complex are having a hard time selling their place, why their sale fell through.
